户外充气电影屏幕使用注意事项

Precautions for Outdoor Airtight Inflatable Movie Screens

1. Fixing and Safety

严格按照产品设计要求固定所有锚点，包括地钉、拉绳和沙袋。
Secure all anchor points strictly according to product design requirements, including ground stakes, guy ropes, and sandbags.
在草地、沙地或不平整地面使用时，应增加固定点，确保屏幕在风力变化时稳固。
When using on grass, sand, or uneven ground, add extra anchor points to ensure stability during wind changes.
使用前检查周围环境，清理尖锐物、玻璃碎片及其他可能穿刺屏幕的障碍物。
Before use, inspect the surroundings and remove sharp objects, glass shards, or any obstacles that may puncture the screen.

2. Inflation and Pressure Control (Key for Airtight Structure)

气密屏幕充气后可保持内部气压，无需持续吹气。
Airtight screens maintain internal pressure after inflation and do not require continuous air supply.
使用自动气泵时，请严格按照说明书设置气压范围：
When using an automatic air pump, strictly follow the manual to set the pressure range:
- 上限不超过 1.5 psi
  Maximum: 1.5 psi
- 下限不低于 0.8 psi
  Minimum: 0.8 psi
充气至屏幕造型完全成型、结构挺立且稳定即可，避免过度充气，防止长期高压损伤材质。
Inflate until the screen is fully shaped, upright, and stable. Avoid over-inflation to prevent long-term damage from high pressure.

3. Inspection and Maintenance During Use

使用期间无需持续加气，但建议每隔数小时检查一次气压。
Continuous inflation is not required during use, but check the pressure every few hours.
若屏幕明显松软，可适当补气。
If the screen becomes noticeably soft, add a small amount of air.
确保气阀关闭牢固，避免慢漏气。
Ensure the air valves are securely closed to prevent slow leaks.
高温环境下，气体膨胀可能增加内部压力，应定期检查屏幕表面，必要时轻微放气。
In high temperatures, air expansion may increase internal pressure. Check the screen surface regularly and release a small amount of air if needed.
使用自动气泵维护时，务必设置合适的气压上限、下限及超压保护。
When using an automatic pump for maintenance, always set appropriate upper/lower pressure limits and overpressure protection.

4. Weather and Environmental Conditions

风力 ≥ 3级，或遇强风、暴雨、雷电等天气，请立即停止使用并收纳屏幕。
Stop using and pack the screen immediately in wind ≥ level 3, heavy rain, thunderstorms, or other severe weather.
大风环境下，即便已固定屏幕，也可能造成倾倒或损坏，请谨慎评估风险。
Even if secured, strong winds may still cause tipping or damage. Assess risks carefully.

5. Storage and Maintenance

使用结束后，将屏幕完全放气，确保内部空气排尽。
After use, fully deflate the screen and ensure all air is released.
用干布擦拭表面，保持干燥后折叠收纳，避免潮湿导致霉变或材质老化。
Wipe the surface with a dry cloth, keep it dry, and fold for storage to prevent mold or material aging due to moisture.
存放于阴凉通风处，远离热源、阳光直射及腐蚀性物品。
Store in a cool, ventilated place, away from heat sources, direct sunlight, and corrosive materials.
